KVM Agency (Chamber of Commerce registration no. 95076301, VAT ID NL005127986B23) is an independent private entity registered in the Netherlands. We operate solely as a service provider to assist travelers in the facilitation of immigration-related forms and payments required for entry into various Caribbean destinations.

KVM Agency is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any government, immigration authority, or official body of Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, or any other jurisdiction. All trademarks, service marks, and official names are the property of their respective holders.

Scope of Services

KVM Agency provides form submission and application processing services, including but not limited to the facilitation of digital entry cards and visitor taxes. Our services include:

  • Collecting the necessary traveler information through our website.

  • Submitting the application on behalf of the traveler to the official immigration platforms.

  • Providing confirmation of submission and relevant documentation to the traveler.

The traveler acknowledges that KVM Agency acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for the final decision regarding entry, which is made solely by the immigration authorities of the destination country.

No Guarantee of Entry

The successful completion of an application through our platform does not guarantee entry into any country. Immigration authorities at the port of entry reserve the sole right to deny entry at their discretion.

Accuracy of Information

Travelers are fully responsible for ensuring that all personal information, travel details, and documentation provided to KVM Agency are accurate, truthful, and complete. KVM Agency is not liable for any refusal of entry, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, false, or incomplete information supplied by the traveler.

Fees and Payments

All prices displayed on our website include:

  • The official entry tax, government fee, or service cost required by the destination country.

  • An additional service fee charged by KVM Agency for processing and facilitation.

Travelers acknowledge that official forms and fees may also be completed directly via the official government websites at lower or no cost. By choosing to use our service, the traveler agrees to pay the listed total amount, including our service fee.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, once an application has been submitted for processing, it cannot be canceled or refunded. By completing payment, the traveler expressly agrees and provides consent for immediate processing, thereby waiving the statutory EU right of withdrawal for digital services.

Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If KVM Agency fails to process the application due to an error attributable solely to our service.

  • If payment was made more than once for the same application (duplicate transaction).

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info.kvmagency@gmail.com within 14 days of the original payment. All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time

KVM Agency offers two service levels:

  • Standard Processing: Applications are submitted within 3–5 business days.

  • Priority Processing (Within 24 Hours): Applications are submitted within 24 hours of payment.

Processing times refer only to the submission of the application to the relevant official portal. KVM Agency cannot guarantee the processing speed or approval time of the official authorities.

Limitation of Liability

KVM Agency shall not be held liable for:

  • Decisions or delays made by immigration authorities.

  • Entry refusals, cancellations, or rejections of applications.

  • Costs incurred due to errors, omissions, or false information provided by the traveler.

  • Force majeure events, technical issues, or outages of official government platforms.

Our total liability for any claim related to the services provided shall not exceed the service fee paid to KVM Agency for that particular application.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
