Refund & Cancellation Policy 

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made on CaribbeanVisas.com and related sub-brands (including ArubaEntry.com), operated by KVM Agency. Our “products” are digital services: we assist and facilitate the completion of mandatory immigration/tourist forms (e.g. Aruba ED Card, Bonaire Visitor Entry Tax, Curaçao DI Card).

2. No physical returns

We do not provide physical goods. Therefore, no returns or shipping addresses apply.

3. Immediate execution & withdrawal right (EU)

At checkout, we explicitly ask you:

  • to agree to the immediate execution of the service, and
  • to acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal (Art. 16 Directive 2011/83/EU and its Dutch implementation).

Once you agree and we start processing (e.g. reviewing or submitting your application), there is no 14-day withdrawal period and no cancellation right.

4. Refund policy

No refunds once we have started processing your application (review, data handling, and/or submission to the official website/authority).

Possible exceptions (at our discretion):

  • Duplicate payment or accidental duplicate order (one will be refunded).
  • No processing started at the time of your cancellation request (we check timestamps and logs).
  • Technical error on our side preventing service delivery.

Requests for exceptions must be submitted to info.kvmagency@gmail.com with your order number and details.

5. No guarantee of admission

The ED Card / Entry Tax / DI Card is not a visa and does not guarantee admission. Final entry decisions are made by immigration authorities upon arrival. Our role is limited to assisting with the correct and timely submission of forms; we are not liable for the authority’s decision.

6. Responsibility for data

You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Incorrect or incomplete data may result in rejection or issues upon arrival, which does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Delivery (confirmation)

Once processed, you will generally receive a confirmation by email (reference/receipt). In some cases, delays may occur due to external (government) systems. We will keep you informed but are not liable for delays outside our control.

8. Questions or issues

If you experience any problem (e.g. no confirmation received, wrong email address, duplicate payment), please contact us immediately at info.kvmagency@gmail.com Include your order number and relevant details.

9. Refund processing time (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time. Contact us if you have not received your refund after 15 business days.

10. Abuse & chargebacks

In cases of abuse (e.g. unjustified disputes/chargebacks while the service was delivered as described), we reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery and take further action.
