At KVM Agency, we begin processing and reviewing your application immediately after your order has been placed and confirmed. By agreeing to immediate processing, you acknowledge and accept that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We strive to process and submit all applications as quickly as possible. Standard applications are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

For customers who choose the Priority Service, the application will be placed under review and submitted for processing immediately, ensuring faster completion and earlier delivery of the confirmation.
